Grade VIII : Southern Wonders : Day 3

SOUTHERN WONDERS – DAY 3

Grade VIII students exploring the Southern Wonders enjoyed their third day.  They had breakfast in Hotel Oasis, Mysore at 8:00am and then set out at 9:00am for the beautiful hill station, Ooty.  Along the drive of Srirangapatanam, they saw Dariya Daulat Gumbaz, Ranganath Temple, and Tipu’s Mosque and place of death.  They reached Ooty at 2:30pm, checked into Hotel La Flora and had lunch.  After an hours rest they enjoyed some outdoor games like cricket and kabadi till 5:00pm.  The weather was chill and they enjoyed an evening walk and camping around a bon fire with a D.J. from 6:00pm to 8:30pm.  They then moved indoors for dinner at La Flora Restaurant and tucked into bed early.
