Grade X: Comparative Study of the Occupational Structure
We all have different kinds of study skills. If you are not successful, pick up the book and go through the relevant material. Think about your headline from different points of view. For really difficult papers, it helps to sit down and work through it with a colleague. With this study approach Ms. Rashmi Sharma guided the students of Grade X through a comparative study of the Occupational Structure in India at the time of Independence and at present. The topic was discussed in the class and children asked various questions following which they worked in groups to prepare and present data during 1950-51 and 2009-10 in the form of a table, bar graph and pie-chart. The students felt energetic and were excited to learn about the positive changes in the economy.
