Grade XII : Graduation Ceremony & Farewell Party – Au Revoir 2017

Grade XII : Graduation Ceremony

Au Revoir 2017

To bid adieu to the outgoing batch of Grade XII 2017,  a graduation ceremony and farewell party was organized at Taurian World School. The evening was a fiesta devoted to the years spent together with friends and teachers to reminisce joyous moments.

The theme of the valedictory party was ‘Au Revoir’, a French word, meaning “Goodbye until we meet again”. The amphitheatre was festooned with bright and dazzling lights. The Chairman, Mr. Amith Bajla, was not present at this propitious occasion due to prior pressing engagements but sent his best wishes and regards to all the outgoing students of Grade XII and also thanked the teachers and staff who contributed towards their journey and  making them good human beings.

The program started with Lightning of the lamp by the School Principal, Dr. Subhash Kumar and the Coordinators followed by a nostalgic welcome song by the School Choir which moistened the hearts of everyone present and a welcome address by Senior Academic Coordinator Ms. Madhulika Agarwal.

An incredible solo dance presented by Ms. Shyamali and group dance by Primary students was well applauded. It was a moment of pride and joy when our Senior English Teacher, Ms. Chandramukhi Singh sang “Que Sara Sara”.

The Grade XII senior teachers presented mementos to each outgoing student while the students recounted their school experiences in emotional and evocative overtones.  They also presented to the F&B and Laundry staff a personalized handwritten collage as a token of their appreciation for graciously spicing up and adding so much flavor to their life in Taurian and ensuring that they always turned out smartly dressed and well presented.

Dr. Subhash Kumar addressed the gathering with yet another inspirational speech, congratulated and blessed the students. The motivational words which he said to the graduates were to be cautious and committed in life and keep the flag of the school & family flying high. He concluded his blessings by advising them to be glorious and global citizens. His words will definitely echo in the life of all the graduates gathered there, for years to come.

Ms. Madhulika and students of Grade XII Master Siddhanth and Master Rishabh gave a scintillating performance back to back with
their songs and the pulsating music rocked the ambience.

Ms. Madhulika Agarwal proposed the vote of thanks to conclude the event.

Also present on this momentous occasion were our students of Grade X to take inspiration from their seniors and wish them all the best for their future.
