Concept of Major Domains On Earth

The children of 6A and 6B were taught the chapter Major Domains of the Earth.

In this chapter, the three important domains of the Earth-lithosphere, hydrosphere and atmosphere were explained with their position on the surface of the earth and how the fourth domain-biosphere is actually a part of all the three main domains.

Life exists in the fourth domain i.e biosphere where all the elements of the three main domain meets.

In this context, they were given an activity, where they had to represent these four domains on the surface of the earth along with its interrelation with each other.

They made the following models on the major domains of the earth. The children enjoyed the activity and the concept was clear to them.
