Mother’s Day

Mother will be the first and special woman in everyone’s life, right. Not a specific day needed for celebrating the mom. But, celebrating and honouring mom on Mother’s Day is essential to make mom feel blessed and proud. To honor the motherhood of women Mother’s Day is celebrated every year. Though you celebrate mom every day, Mother’s Day is the best occasion to thank mom for being for her.

Mother’s Day is a celebration honoring the mother of the family or individual, as well as motherhood, maternal bonds, and the influence of mothers in society. It is celebrated on different days in many parts of the world, most commonly in the months of March. This year it was celebrated on 9th May and our little buddies from Primary School took the opportunity to thank their mothers and share their love by participating in different activities.

Our young learners from the Pre-Primary section of school made beautiful cards to thank their mothers while students of Grade 2 made beautiful photo frames. Grade 3 students wrote some creative acrostic poem on Mothers.

The students of upper primary were also excited to share their love and Grade 4 students made some beautiful mini books on their mothers to show their gratitude while Grade 5 students made some mesmerizing paintings to celebrate the special day dedicated to all mothers.
