NCC Group Rifle Shooting Camp.
Following the base Rifle Shooting Practice Camp which our cadets attended on 7th of April 2017 at BIT, Mesra, Ranchi Ms. Zeba Khatoon of class X was selected by 19 Jharkhand, Bn., NCC for the second round of Group Rifle shooting practice for the upcoming NCC Rifle Shooting competition.
The Group Rifle Shooting Practice Camp was organized by 3 Boys Jharkhand. Bn. NCC, Ranchi on 27th April, 2017 in which approximately 50 cadets from 7 different schools and 5 different Battalions of Jharkhand, took part.
Ms. Zeba Khatoon was privileged to get special rifle shooting training under the guidance and supervision of Subedar Ram Bilas Oraon Bihar and P.I. Staff Nayak Jiwan Lal, Hawaldar Navin Kujur and some senior cadets who came from 19 Jhar, Bn. NCC, and Ranchi.
It was a great achievement for Zeba to participate at this level in the camp and we are particularly proud of her sporting spirit and determination to move. It is rightly said by Henry Ford :
“Failure is simply the opportunity to begin again, this time more intelligently”.
