Human Needs during COVID-19

It’s been more than six months that the world is fighting against the COVID 19 pandemic.

While our country has started taking off some of the restrictions imposed upon step by step, people are still expected to follow some common precautionary measures against this virus as the world still continues to fight against the same.

Coronavirus disease (COVID-19) is an infectious disease caused by a newly discovered coronavirus.

Most people infected with the COVID-19 virus will experience mild to moderate respiratory illness and recover without requiring special treatment. But as the cases continue to rise in India, it is vital to continue raising awareness about the same.

Our young learners of Grade 2 have been learning about the topic “Community Needs” in Unit if Inquiry (UOI). Learning about the different needs of a community, the students made an effort to raise awareness amongst people about the common preventive measures which are to be taken to fight against the virus.

They made some interesting posters displaying the information and even videos explaining the importance and use of different items which we should be using during this time.
