June 23 is celebrated every year as International Olympic Day, to protect sports and health: hundreds of thousands of people – young and old – participate in sports activities, such as runs, exhibitions, music and educational seminars.

It is also a day to remind ourselves that the Olympics is an integral part of our lives, with the goal of promoting sports. On this day many sports and cultural events are attended by people from all over the world and from all walks of life.

Taurian World School too contributed to this heritage by conducting a high energy basketball match on the eve of 23^rd June 2022 where the boarding students showed exciting displays of dribbling, passing and shooting.
