The students, their parents and the teachers of Taurian World School had come together in the school campus to celebrate Dussera by dancing on the beats of Dandiya and Garba songs on 2^nd October, 2019 evening.

Dussera is celebrated to depict good over evil. Dandiya and Garba are dance forms traditionally performed only in the state of Gujarat but now it is performed all over India.

The teachers and the students were asked to be dressed up in their traditional clothes.

The evening started with melodious bhajans by our music department in the memory of Mahatma Gandhi as the day coincidently happened to be Gandhi Jayanti. Later the stage was on fire, where the students along with the teachers swayed with the rhythm of the music on songs of Dandiya and Garba.
