Grade 3: Science Activity on Materials we Use

“The materials of wealth are in the earth, in the seas and in their natural and unaided productions”. Daniel Webster

Based on the unit “Materials we use”, the students of grade 3 were divided into four different groups. Each group illustrated different materials we get from Earth, Plants, Animals and man made materials. The students looked around their environment and made chart presentations of things made by different materials. They also understood that all materials whether natural or manmade is precious so we should use it wisely.
